Policies

Our mission is to serve our customers well, and make DeLuca & Son the most convenient, luxurious, affordable, friendly limousine service available to you. In that spirit, we do not charge extra fees for holidays, off hours, or wait times (we believe that our customers will be considerate of our time). We monitor your flight times, so don’t worry if you can’t contact us when your flight is early or late. If you need to cancel your reservation, we greatly appreciate your calling us at least four hours before your pick-up time (thank you).

Unfortunately, if you lose or misplace a personal item when using our service, we cannot be responsible, although we will expend every effort to help you find your missing item. Our insurance agent won’t let us assume this responsibility, so we suggest that you carry insurance to cover your possessions when using our service.
